About Roland Noll
Roland Noll has been Managing Partner of empiricus GmbH since its founding in 2010. He is responsible for combining IT recruitment with Executive Advisory. Together with his partners, he fills key specialist, sales, and leadership positions and supports decision-makers in addressing complex leadership and business challenges. The focus is on personality, professional expertise, and working relationships that are the right fit.
He has been active in the IT industry for over 30 years as a consultant, executive, and entrepreneur. During this time, he has gained extensive insight into numerous companies, particularly in consulting and software. People, with their visions and strengths, have always been at the heart of his work.
For him, the art and the challenge have always been to bring together people who share common goals, contribute their networks, and complement one another’s strengths, while taking their values into account.
