About Me
I have been active in the IT industry for over 20 years as a consultant, business developer, and entrepreneur. In that time, I have gotten to know many companies, particularly in the consulting and software sectors. Throughout it all, my focus has always been on people—their visions and strengths. The art and challenge for me has always been—and continues to be—bringing together people with shared goals, leveraging their networks and complementary strengths while incorporating their values. Because only in this way can they truly succeed in their respective roles. As a recruitment consultant, this remains a major personal priority for me today.
