About Dr. Bernd Kappesser
For over 25 years, Dr. Bernd Kappesser has held leadership roles in IT and technology—as a Managing Director, Board Member, and Chief Operating Officer. During this time, he has successfully guided companies through restructuring and major transformations toward sustainable growth, with responsibility for organizations employing several hundred people.
His work has always centered on how leaders can remain effective in challenging situations, provide direction, and inspire people to pursue shared goals.
