About Meik Baumeister
Meik Baumeister has built a successful career in IT spanning more than 20 years. Starting as a Business Intelligence and CRM consultant, he has gained a wealth of experience across a diverse range of roles.
His career has led him to Managing Director and CEO positions at medium-sized IT companies in Germany. In every role, it has always been the people—colleagues, clients, and friends—who have inspired and motivated him. He knows from personal experience how important it is for people to be a good match, both professionally and personally. This experience naturally led him to make working with people the focus of his career and to co-found empiricus GmbH with Roland Noll.
