About me
For over 20 years successfully in the IT business, starting as a consultant for Business Intelligence and CRM, I look back on a varied and experience-rich career.
My various positions have taken me further from the field of international IT consulting companies to the CEO and CEO of medium-sized IT houses in Germany. In every role, people (colleagues, customers, friends) have always inspired and motivated me. I know from my own experience the importance of a good „match“ between the individual players – both professionally and personally. Following this experience, it was obvious to work with people to become my profession and to found empiricus GmbH together with Roland Noll.
