We are as an entrepreneurs community acting staff consulting agency for IT experts with a focus on future technologies and modern subjects. We act as HR consultants on our own responsibility and live a common understanding of values.

We grow sustainably through the lively relationships between the partners and with each other, as well as with the candidates, customers and business partners. We serve our candidates and clients alike with our hearts and at eye level.

In our philosophy „people are in the centre". We coach IT experts and executives in their whole career to get in the right position, role or challenge in a surrounding which fit to them. And we support companies at the the selection of the right employee in their key positions. Through our personal closeness to both sides, our experiences and keen sense of people we establish connections which have a deep professional and human value.

For us it is a heart´s desire to bring together people who complement one another in their charakteristics, skills and expertise. So they are successful in realization their common visions, strategies, targets and tasks. To fit this motivate us and bring fun and happiness in our daily work.
