We work on a success-fee basis – you only pay upon a successful placement.
For permanent positions, a one-time fee is due upon contract signing.
For project or interim assignments, we invoice monthly based on effort.
Specific conditions are defined in the placement or service contract.

FAQ – Executive Advisory & Leadership

Is there an initial contact or a get-to-know-you conversation?

Yes. Before we begin working together, we hold an initial, no-obligation consultation.
During this meeting, we clarify your concerns, expectations and the overall context, and assess whether working together would be a good fit.
Particularly at executive level, it is crucial that our working styles, attitudes and personal chemistry are a good match.

Transfer happens when development starts from real leadership challenges within your organization – not from theoretical case studies. That’s why concrete situations from leadership, collaboration and decision-making are addressed and brought back into everyday work. This way, leadership is not just “talked about,” but becomes practically effective step by step.

Leadership Development is a structured development process that strengthens leadership over the long term – individually and within the leadership team, embedded in the organizational context. Unlike training, it is not about one-off knowledge transfer, but about connecting mindsetrole, and behavior in day-to-day practice. The focus is on sustainable effectiveness – especially in change, growth, and increasing complexity.

Not included (scope):
No off-the-shelf standard seminar, no pure theory, no “initiative fireworks” without real transfer.

In Executive Sparring, you bring a concrete question – often a strategic decision, a complex situation or a sensitive constellation. In the conversation, thought patterns are challenged, options are compared in a structured way and consequences are made explicit. The goal is to gain clarity about your options for action and the implications of decisions.

Not included (scope):
No “I decide for you” operational consulting, no implementation within the company, no internal politics.

Executive Coaching places stronger emphasis on self-leadership, role clarity, and impact – how you think, decide, and act as a leader. Executive Sparring is more decision- and strategy-oriented: in dialogue, options are explored, assumptions are tested and consequences are made visible. Both formats are confidential – the difference is the focus: personal development (coaching) vs. decision clarity (sparring).

Executive Coaching is an individual, confidential support format for senior executives. The focus is on clarifying your roleprioritiesdecision-making scope and personal effectiveness in everyday leadership. It is not about ready-made solutions, but about making sound decisions that fit the person and the situation.

Not included (scope):
No training, no “recipes,” no taking over operational decisions.
