About Me
For more than 25 years, I have been working in leadership roles in the IT and technology environment – as Managing Director, Board Member, and Chief Operating Officer. During this time, I have successfully guided companies through restructurings and profound transformations toward sustainable growth, taking responsibility for organizations with several hundred employees.
At the core of my work has always been the question of how leaders can remain effective in demanding situations, provide orientation, and inspire people to pursue shared goals.

In recent years, a new dimension of leadership has emerged: the responsible use of new technologies such as artificial intelligence and compliance with the associated regulatory requirements.
